3️⃣ Support the college to tackle issues around inclusion, diversity and differential attainment

We are a group of GP trainees interested in the views of recently qualified GPs and trainees on how GP training prepares doctors for the realities of working both in our current primary care system and that of the future. Our aim is to help stimulate and progress the discussion about the future of GP training, including ideas for future development of training both in the short and long term.
As such we are running focus groups with early career GPs and those in training. Ideas from these focus groups will help form a report that will be discussed with HEE, RCGP and NHS England.
There will be groups held in London, Bristol, Plymouth, Lincolnshire, Manchester and Newcastle.
