These two pictures were taken with about 6 months apart. The one on the left 83 kg back in April. The one right is only recent dedication to put strong habits in place again with 74kg on scale.
Tips for the day.
β I have dropped my ego despite I have trained for a long time now I am learning something new. Go from I know it to I want to know it better.
β Training without a plan or direction is like throwing a darts with light turned off
β You can create the best version of yourself based on good lifestyle and choices and still enjoy your life.

Overtraining SyndromeβDid you know β
It's been a first week back to opened Gyms this week. How was it for everyone? πͺ
I am just here to remind some people about taking a progression in their training instead of jumping back crazy weights and 6 days a week pump π.( Unless you trained hard over a lockdown and continued to engage those muscle fibres)
