Afterwards we reflect and map our meetings in the mist of the big smoke, thinking about how best to say thanks to those who gave us their time 🙏

to meeting Little Mermaid actress Poppy, back in the sunny days of May! Poppy told us all about her journey from acting school to learning to swim with a monofin 🐋 thank you Poppy for showing us part of your world ✨

Adanna the Psychologist explained the difference between Psychiatry and Psychology to Keira, including how valuable she found a 4 year degree that gave her experience supporting prisoners with complex needs.

Now she works at the Maudsley Hospital, the UK'S largest mental health training institution, and we got to see inside on our Expert Trip Day 🙌 thank you Adanna 💛

On last week's Expert trips we learned about being an Artist in London. Jerome taught us some of his techniques, from ceramic transfers to plaiting clay, and told us about his journey towards studying at the world's best school of art. Thank you Jerome 🎨✨
