This project is for creating an awareness, educate and empowerment multicultural parents & children to uphold their mother tongue and feel very proud with individual identity & culture and utilise their diversity to enrich the social cohesion. Initially, Tanzila Zaman started designing creative fun interactive educational workshop and deliver at library, children centre, community centre, school and community events for multicultural parents & children in east London. Simultaneously she runs sessions especially for Bangladeshi community parents & children in Bank of Ideas own organised event and also in different Bangladeshi associations, organisations and groups as she is a native Bangla speaker! Her intention is to inspire British Bangladeshi children, how blessed and proud they are that Bangla is the only mother language for which martyrs died for in 1952. So, every immigrants/multicultural/diverse parents in this world naturally shows love & respect on their mother tongue and put highest effort to save their mother tongue no matter which country they live! Basically, Tanzila Zaman is an engineer but all those years of her deeper level of passion & continuous devotion for mother tongue, she inspired educated and empowered more than thousands of Bangladeshi parents &children in UK and worldwide online, along with non-Bangladeshi parents & children. She wants this project would be served to the Parents & children without any participation fees. She designs and provides the following services to SAVE MOTHER TONGUE:

Her vision is to inspire educate and empower 250million immigrants all over the world through her inspirational guide book MIND YOUR MOTHER TONGUE! We run also few educational & empowerment training projects for multicultural Women, Parents, Children and Youth to enrich the community holistically. We believe diversity is power and identity lies within, so if we can inspire educate & empower individual with their self-esteem, self-confidence & resource within themselves; We believe it will enhance our social cohesion and moreover development. Our projects are:


1.Parents Empowerment: In this project, we inspire parents how they can inspire and support their children how to be happy in their life with simplicity, also how to nurture their dream and achieve great results in academic and professional life prudently. Taking Private & Group session.


2.Here2Hear: A Mental Health Support Session for WOMEN where individual can get a confidential non-judgmental conversation session to share their mind ( any emotions, issues that makes her anxious, upset, down and etc.). Here women get their mental health first aid tools, how to handle own emotions and where will find the relevant support. Also there is an advance effective training name RESILENCE to empower women for handling their critical situation in life!

3.Women Empowerment Coaching: We help women to be confident and financially resilience. So we help them to have our personal development coaching training where they learn about self-esteem, confidence in any particular areas, like ENGLISH SPEAKING FOR DAILY LIFE, learning goal for particular skill/education, career mentoring and home business training to help them set up a home business from scratch, own skill/interest. Also help them develop and promote their business.
4. Children & Youth: We run workshop/Mentoring for children and youth on DIVERSITY, INCLUSION, SELF ESTEEM & IDENTITY and CAREER MENTORING. If you interested to know more or want to join in our project,
