This Saturday (Tommorow) the 1st March, I will be selling my usual products plus New Product called Ronde
Small Butter Cake sandwiched with Cream Cheese Orange Cream also I made Strawberry Butter Cream.
Also I made again Gateau Basque au chocolat, I made last month and people enjoyed the new taste. See you again Tommorow.

明日土曜日のコミュニティカフェの商品の写真です、新作として ロンド（Rondeフランス語で丸いという意味） と名前をつけました。薄く焼いたバターケーキの生地にオレンジの皮の風味を利かせたクリームチーズ入りのクリームを挟みました。もう一種類はフレッシュなイチゴのピュレ入りのバタークリームを挟みました。
先月 初めて出した ガトーバスクショコラもまたご用意しました。
では明日 お待ちしております。

The coming Saturday the 2nd November is another Market day. I have just finished production of biscuits and cakes, also Popular winter products Mulled Wine Pectine Jellies. Hopefully many people will enjoy the choice this time. Including Guiness Soaked Fruit Cake, Irish Cream Cake, Lavender Shortbread, Mixed Spice and Orange Shortbread etc...

The market preparation.
During this summer, I was experimenting new range of Shortbread. It's been popular my Earl Grey Tea Shortbread so I thought I can widen the range.
This time I will bring 5 new flavours including,
Coffee, Green Tea, Lavender, Chocolate and Cheese & Paprika.

Also, I made 2 cakes with Tia Maria (Coffee flavoured Liqueur) and Baileys (Irish Cream Liqueur)

This coming Saturday, 7th September, I will be selling my products biscuits, cakes etc. Also, this time I am selling 3 post cards designed and painted by my mother Kiyoko in Okinawa.

Since her retirement, my mother took on water colour painting, she started painting something realistic, however after she had an illness 2 years ago, her style has moved to more abstract. What strikes me most is her use of colours, it is so vibrant and positive.
From her portfolio of her work, I selected 3 of my favourites. Hopefully many people will feel the same vibe from her paintings.

今週の土曜日 いつものマーケットに参加、準備を進めています、今回はいつものケーキや焼き菓子と共に沖縄の母が描いた 水彩画の写真を使った ポストカードも３種 販売します。
母は定年後から本格的に水彩画を習っているのですが、初期の作品はリアルなタッチのものを題材にしてましたが、約2年前に病気を患って以来 スタイルが抽象画になり、それが母の自分の画風になりました。
母の絵の特徴はその鮮やかな色使い、とても前向きで元気をもらえる絵、数多くの作品から 自分のお気に入りの3作品をポストカードとして販売いたしますので 是非 皆さんにも見ていただければ嬉しいです

僕も母に負けないよう 新しい焼き菓子 製作中です、

This weather this summer has been changeable some hot days (But still 32C) not like heatwave we had before, some rainy and cool period however overall it suits our need and condition. Because Daddy (Eugene) is on the Wheelchair when we go out, it would be very difficult to organise a long holiday somewhere so we decided to enjoy as many day drips as possible in London. We mainly went to our favourite places like Regents Park, Kew Gardens, Hamsted Heath, City of London and By the Thames bank etc. Also we found some new area like Olympic Park Stratford, New shopping area by King's Cross etc. We also watched a musical in Tottenham court road. Our best visit so far this summer was Hampton Court Palace, the garden was so beautiful.

ロンドンの今年の夏は変わりやすい天気で涼しい日が続いたり雨が降ったりでしたが 何年か前の猛暑などはなくまあまあ過ごし易い日々です、
Daddy (Eugene)の体調も去年に比べると落ち着いてきて晴れた日には車椅子で一緒にロンドン日帰り旅を７月 ８月 と楽しみました。予定をしっかり組んだ長期旅行は難しいのですが、行きなれたところや１０年来 訪れてない所を再度訪れても気兼ねなくホリデー気分です
