Sleep workshop
Saturday 27th May | online | 4-6pm | £30
Sleep issues during pregnancy can be an ongoing distraction causing anxiety and concern for many new mums to be.
This workshop is full of helpful information to ensure that you get the best sleep and rest possible during your pregnancy.
I have 12 top tips to share that can help you understand more about how your pregnancy effects your sleep and what you can do to manage as you move forward. Understanding the purpose of all the hormonal and physical changes through the pregnancy will give us confidence to trust that we are safe and very physically secure.
When we trust our body we can support the process and relax, letting go of some of the fears and worries.
There will be a calming restorative yin yoga practice, to open and create space in your body for you and your baby followed by a dreamy guided meditation.

This is a class where the babies take part too! with some baby yoga, baby massage, sensory development, some nursery rhymes and songs, and then we end the class with a quiet relaxation time to nourish tired minds and allow you extra time to bond with your baby.
Open to women from 6 weeks post natally up until baby is around 9 to 11 months old (or when they are so crawly you feel you can't do the yoga anymore!!).
No previous yoga experience required.

This is a postnatal class designed especially for mums with small babies.
Every Friday 11.30am
It's yoga for YOU, but baby comes too for some lovely time together breathing, moving, singing and relaxing.
Our breath is our way back in,
to healing & restoring after our experience of labour and for getting to grips with recovery.
Here we can begin again.
We can practice to heal, tone, strengthen, to recover from diastasis, pelvic misalignment and even a weak and wonky posture!

A dreamy prenatal sleep workshop

Whether it’s the stress of work that is filling our heads with racing thoughts or all the pregnancy hormones, a good night’s rest can sometimes be hard to come by. And when we don’t get sleep, life gets unnecessarily challenging.

Experience a guided restorative yoga nidra practice. This is a beautiful meditative practice that brings stillness into the entire body and lets a feeling of heaviness lure you into a deep, restful sleep.
If you don’t have much experience with yoga, don’t worry.
Yoga nidra for sleep is for everyone. And as this is an online workshop you can choose to come along in
your comfy pyjamas!

These classes create a wonderful community atmosphere that provide emotional and physical support.
They are friendly, fun and easy going
They are taught in a safe and nurturing environment.
My intention is to create a space for much needed connection and support during this unique & special time of early postpartum.
The main body of the class is created around gentle stretches and postures that release the regular parental tensions; you know sore neck, shoulders and lower back.
Practicing safely to support your healing journey.
The babies take part too with some massage, gentle stretching & movement intwined with some songs and then we end the class with some quiet relaxation time to nourish tired minds and to allow space to rest & reset.
