Co-founded by Doreen Uzice and Dympna O'Brien, we at Quantum Metta love massage and essential oils, and have been blown away by how powerful and effective they are. The student's journey is a journey of development, a journey of health, touch and joy. They get to make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of everyone they touch. It’s a special journey and we're privileged to be part of that. All our courses, workshops and events are an integral part of achieving this vision. Our Values:

Quantum refers to ‘energy’ - pockets of energy - and all life is energy, seen and unseen. Metta means ‘loving kindness’ and sums up a lot of things we believe in and want to manifest through who we are and the work we do. To be kind and loving in our intentions and in our actions is a way of making a contribution and difference in our world. Gandhi said, “Be the change you seek in the world.” We aim to hold ourselves to that standard. What's great is that we all get to choose who we're going to be every day. We wholeheartedly recommend choosing to make positive connections with others… give a massage or a hug, smile, have fun, make someone's day, show support, share time and skills and gifts, look for the best in yourself and others… be creative! We’ve noticed that the more you do it, the better you feel… and what's more, it's catching. It seems to be the case that you get what you focus on. The energy moves outwards in ever increasing circles… and others join in.

Back to school photo! — going in to Year 23!! 🤣

We’re back after a long, hot summer break… and starting with an ending! It was our last weekend with the lovely Holistic Massage Diploma group ❤️ By the time their exams roll around in November, we’ll have spent a whole year together — and what a wonderful journey it’s been.

Watching them grow from complete beginners into fully fledged massage therapists has been such a privilege. Proud massage mammas! 🥰

Of course, there’s just the small matter of the exams… but hey, they’re ready! Look out, world — some amazing holistic massage therapists are heading your way…

Yesterday was the first clinic session for our Holistic Massage diploma students. This is where we invite clients in who they don’t know for them to work with. It’s a valuable way to boost confidence and practise for how it is post-qualification. The students all did amazing and we’re so proud of how they conducted the session. From the consultation and treatment planning to the massage and aftercare/l and homecare advice. 👏👏If you’d like to become a professional Massage Therapist.
