Here is one of my favourite smoothie
The high fibre content in green veggies help improve your digestion and elimination and they stabilise your body's blood sugar level helping you burn more fat. Iron, VitaminC and phytonutrients strengthen your immune system so your body can fight against cancer and disease's. This smoothie aids in alkalinising your body and ginger helps to reduce inflammation. Kiwi is a mighty little fruit that contains more vitamin C than an orange giving you the benefits of improved breathing and lung function.
Ingredients:
3 handfuls fresh baby spinach
5 strawberries
1 apple
1 kiwi
1 lemon
