What if the emotion you’re trying to avoid is actually the one trying to guide you?
☀️ Mindfulness gives us the space to pause, notice, and understand our emotions.
In a world that constantly pushes us to rush, the most powerful thing we can do is slow down.
When we pause, we create space between what we feel and how we react.
In that space, awareness grows.
And with awareness comes real transformation.
Sometimes the emotion we try to avoid is actually the one asking to be heard.
✨ Pause.
✨ Breathe.
✨ Notice what’s present.
Your emotions are not problems to fix — they are messages to understand.
💭 What emotion have you noticed in yourself today?
Save this as a reminder to pause when life feels overwhelming.

Today, mindfulness allowed me to discover this tiny mouse sleeping peacefully in the center of the flower. He is only two centimetres long and very cute.
The connection with the moment while being one with nature can be very powerful.
Have you ever had such an experience?

While watching contemporary spiritual teacher Adyashanti I was reminded of this simple but powerful concept
“ Always speak from your own experience “
Can you imagine how the world could be if we all speak from that place?
As a mindfulness teacher I am aware and committed to embody that space, day after day, now and now again.
I share/facilitate from my daily practice of mindfulness while deepening it, on a regular basis.
Would you like to start practicing as well? More details on dr.liliancabiron.com or link in bio.

“ Mostly, it is not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters “
Does it sounds difficult to understand?
Perhaps, something awful or unfair did happen to you. You are thinking that the traumatic experience is all what is important. And it is very relevant. If working together, we would definitely spend time talking about that event.
But ultimately, nobody can change what happened. However, when working in a transformational coaching alliance, we can explore your very personal reaction. After learning exercises and practices based on coaching and mindfulness it will be potentially posible for you to discover that the original coagulated reaction can be modified. You will potentially discover that there is a fan of other possibilities of how to relate to the matter. Then, choosing the best possible response for you will be the next logical step.
You cannot modify the stressful experience you went or are going through ,
But you can change yourself in a way that contributes to live your better life.

Scientific researches show that self-compassion promotes more stable feelings of self work than self esteem and is less contingent to particular outcomes.
Self-esteem, but not self compassion is associated with narcissism. So, the pursue of high self-esteem can be problematic.
Self-esteem entails evaluating oneself positively and often involves the need to be special and above average. Self-compassion does not entails self-evaluation or comparison with others. Rather, it is a kind, connected, and clear sighted way of relating to ourselves even in instances of failure, perceived inadequacy and imperfection. (Kristin Neff).
