“I’ve historically hated gyms and found them very dull.”

Susan wasn’t looking for a hardcore gym.

After a ski injury left her dealing with sciatica, she simply wanted to get stronger, move better and get back to enjoying the things she loves without pain holding her back.

“I deadlifted 105kg, I feel strong and a little surprised”

Most women are far stronger than they realise.

So many women walk into the gym thinking:
“I can’t do that.”
“That looks intimidating.”
“I’m not strong enough.”

“I never thought id be lifting 100kg at 54”

At 54, Edmondo admitted he’d started thinking:
“Maybe I’m too old for this.”

He’d tried one-to-one PT before, but wasn’t enjoying it, wasn’t seeing results, and often left sessions feeling deflated.
