I teach group classes and one to ones in. I don’t stick to strict disciplines but meld all the essentials I have learned into a session to suit my clients.

Experienced instructor, Elizabeth Peck RYT, teaches a flowing and dynamic yoga class that aims to strengthen, tone and detox the body while balancing the mind. Incorporating a blend of hatha, dynamic, vinyasa and ashtanga yoga, classes are suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. Classes

Headstands have got a pretty bad rap lately. They are by no means the be all and end all of yoga and you don’t have to achieve them to ‘be a yogi’. They can be fun though! This is a modification I use in my classes to build shoulder strength in a vertical position without the weight on your head. Lots of my clients who hate he feeling of weight through their head and neck love this! So do I!! If you try this let me know what you think or if you have any questions about the set up!

Time for yourself is essential! I’m not just talking about doing something for yourself like running or yoga or whatever floats your boat... wine? Just being able to process your own thoughts throughout the day. That’s essential. And wine.

Meditation or whatever you want to call it. It’s not as impossible as a lot of people think and it doesn’t have to be done the traditional way sitting like a pretzel or lying down.
_
Maybe running, or going out in nature, drawing, music or even taking time with a cup of tea is your type of meditation.
_
It doesn’t have to be for a long time, but the more often you do it the more it will integrate itself into your life.

I wanted to break up the videos of my face a bit 😂

But actually the last two days have been the first time in about 6 weeks that I have finally been able to do anything more exciting than sitting down and standing up (and basic squats and stuff).
_
Being pregnant can absolutely suck at times!
_
Anyway. I think circles are underrated! Anytime I have tweaked or hurt my knee or ankle it has been out of ‘alignment’. What does that even mean?
_
So the first circles with my hands on the floor are pretty much showing my passive range ie. what I can do with support. The second with my hands off are way harder but are showing my active range and the true control I have of my ankle, knee and hip as I circle.
_
I have some work to do! And I didn’t even show you my s**t side 😂
_
Do you know one phrase that really ticks me off? ‘Your shoes don’t have much support’. Oh my life. The support is killing you slowly!!!
_
