The Codex Project

The Codex Project We're a collaborative of clinical academics. Join us in revolutionising academic publishing! Our innovative Codex format is a new genre of academic writing.

It's aimed at providing a concise and specific precis of a topic written for a single purpose. It's a new genre that sits between a journal article and a textbook. We like to think that if the textbook was invented in the age of the internet - it would be a Codex. We distribute online to smartphones and tablets. And because we've low overheads, we do this for the price of a coffee. Information in today's world moves quickly - so we publish within 90 days. For the reader this means affordable, accessible, up to date and highly tailored information. For the author, we publish quickly and share the revenue 50:50. We call this a revolution. And it's run by academics - not the publishers.
