Our year 11s are moving to their exam prep timetable from today. So lovely to hear Clara’s speech, Beth, & Noor sing and all dance our way to the end of the afternoon together! Such an amazing, powerful group of young women. It’s the beginning of the end as GCSEs start on Tuesday! Eeek…and we owe you apologies for the late notification of tomorrows ‘spirit day’ to raise funds for their prom! Here’s more from our Performing Arts Easter Showcase evening at Hornsey School for Girls, capturing just a glimpse of the incredible talent on display from over 250 performers 🤩

The evening celebrated the very best of Dance, Drama, Music and Steel Pans, with performances from every year group. From solos to ensembles and full group pieces, the range and quality of performances was exceptional. We were especially proud to open with our community steel pan groups, bringing together both student and adult performers.

The dedication from all involved was fantastic. Thank you to everyone who performed and to all who came along to support our students. A huge thank you as well to the staff who worked so hard behind the scenes to make the evening possible.

Special thanks to the HSA for their continued support, particularly with refreshments, their generous contribution towards the piano renovation, and the pre-loved uniform sale, as well as to our entrepreneurial students who ran stalls on the evening.
