After speaking at PMO North Manchester this month, I had several conversations that stuck with me—PMs overwhelmed with admin, shifting scopes, and pressure to adopt AI without a clear roadmap.

Since late 2023, I’ve been using a custom-built AI assistant to help deliver projects and run PMOs across both agile and traditional setups. It now handles:

Big news: I'm moving our group to Skool!

Hello Project Management for Everyone Page!

I hope this post finds you well. I wanted to share some exciting news about our group.

As many of you know, I've been looking for ways to make our chats better and make it easier for you to find the resources I share. I've also decided to focus more on how we can use AI like ChatGPT to make our projects better.

Two weeks ago, I started trying out Skool, and it's been great! We're already one of the top 150 project management groups on the platform.

Skool is brilliant for us project managers! It's got everything we need in one place - better ways to organise our chats and resources, top-notch privacy, and it's all about work, so we can focus on what matters.

I reckon you'll love how easy it is to share ideas, learn new things, and work together on projects - plus, it's got a handy calendar where I'll host weekly Q&A sessions and show off some cool AI tools to help with our work. It's miles better than trying to do all this on Facebook!

Because of this success, I've decided to move our group to Skool full-time. All future articles and messages will be posted on the Skool platform. You'll still be able to see old posts and resources on Facebook, but I want everyone to use Skool for all new chats and to find resources.
