👉🏾HIIT doesn’t improve your body composition 
👉🏾Exhaustion doesn’t equal a good workout

👉🏾Too much HIIT can be dangerous 

Strength training helps build muscle. Increasing your muscle mass increases your metabolic rate which means you burn more energy and more calories 💯

A weightlifting belt is more powerful than you think. If you find yourself having low back problems during overhead lifts, squats, deadlifts, bad technique might be the problem, or your back can’t take the weight. Wearing a belt offers spine support and decrease the chance of injuries.

Here’s a few common mistakes I see when someone does

Incorrect:❌
•Grabbing the head (can cause neck pain)
• Lifting their feet off the floor

Correct:✅
• Elbows nice and wide, so you can’t see them in your peripheral vision.
• Softly having your hands pressed against your head.
