Last weekend, we took a group from the Great in 8 Challenge for a casual 5K walk, showcasing my running route. It was all about getting people active and adding steps. My Super 6 Fat Loss Challenge is open to anyone looking to lose fat and feel better in their skin. You can win up to £3,000 in prize money. At the end, we’ll have a group walk to bring everyone together.
