SIMPLE WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT COUNTING CALORIES

-No snacking
-Eating slower
-Eating to 80% fullness
-Fasting after dinnertime
-Following a meal schedule
-Eat a diet primarily whole foods based
-Drinking 3 litres to a gallon of water a day

Work on one of these for the next 3 months & see what happens.
