If you want your child to excel in English and go on to and unlock global opportunities and a brighter future, where they learn and who they learn with is crucial!

Have you ever been worried that there are students at school who might be a bad influence on your child and prevent them from reaching their potential in English? This concern is all too common. Because their environment (the peers they associate with) shapes their habits, and as we’ve discussed before, cultivating the right habits is fundamental!

At school, students don't always have a choice; they attend whether they're passionate about learning or not. This means there's a mix: some students are eager to learn, and others aren’t.

Imagine this scenario... If you were set to climb Mount Everest alone or with a group of disinterested climbers, do you think you'd likely make it to the summit? Or would your chances be better alongside a seasoned guide and fellow climbers bursting with motivation?

To truly thrive, students need to be in the company of peers equally driven to attain top grades. This camaraderie fosters motivation, reinforces diligent study habits, and instills the belief that they can master expert fluency in English.

Boosting motivation this way can be game-changing. Here’s how you can support your child in this endeavour:

1) Emphasise the significance of positive environments and the impact of surrounding themselves with like-minded, driven students.

2) Explore educational opportunities outside of school, letting your child experience and thrive in an upgraded environment.

3) Seek small-group focused learning environments where all participants share the common goal of mastering English to the fullest.

How Your Child Can Quickly Become Top Of The Class In English!

Students who perform at the top of the class in English are 'wired' differently and study harder than most other students - Even when they don’t want to! Just like the top professional athletes on the planet, they train harder than all the other athletes.

Students don't develop winning study habits at school because many have been conditioned to see English as intimidating or complex, which means there is a negative association with wanting to continue learning outside of school - You don't do more of something you don't enjoy!

But if most students know that the more they engage with English and invest in their language skills, the better results they will get - Why don't they do it?

Simple - It's not prioritised enough, and therefore additional study doesn't become a habit.

Take this for an example - Why do we brush our teeth multiple times daily? Is it because we enjoy brushing our teeth? No, it's because we understand its significance, and there are repercussions if we neglect it. So, we establish a routine and habit around it.

The key to helping students bridge to gap to English fluency is to re-wire their current study habits so they naturally engage in consistent practice, making mastery simpler.

If it’s easier, they start to find joy in it because they're naturally more engaged and become proficient.

Here's how you can support your child in this journey:

1) Invest in your child's English education outside of school, ensuring there's accountability to foster improved habits and a routine that bolsters their learning.
2) Learning should be interactive and enjoyable, ensuring your child doesn’t see additional practice as ‘tedious’.
3) Set goals to cultivate a success-driven mindset, aligning your child with the importance of English proficiency and the opportunities it unlocks.

The 3 Steps To Help Your Child Achieve Unparalleled English Fluency

Most students struggle in English not because they lack the potential, but because they're operating without a clear, efficient strategy. Think of a football team heading into a championship match with an ill-prepared game plan—it's a recipe for disappointment.

Wondering if your child might be grappling with an ineffective English fluency strategy?

Simple... Do any of these challenges resonate?

Lost in Conversation: Your child struggles to maintain fluent, genuine conversations.

Advanced Concepts: They're unable to recall or deploy complex structures or vocabulary effectively.

Receptive Barriers: Key ideas and cultural nuances in English frequently escape them.

Exam Performance: Despite their dedication, they consistently underperform in English assessments.

These observations led me to reevaluate and enhance my teaching approach, culminating in the Bridge To B2 English Method. The results from this revamped approach? Nothing short of transformative.

To master English, your child needs to:

Pinpoint & Plan: First, they must pinpoint their strengths and growth areas without waiting for school exams, crafting a tailored study plan that maximises every learning moment.

Target & Triumph: Next, they need to systematically address specific skill gaps, ensuring a comprehensive mastery of English and a significant boost in their communication confidence.

Challenge & Conquer: Finally, they should proactively expose themselves to advanced English challenges. Being ahead of the curve in this way primes them for success in international exams and unlocks a world of future academic opportunities.

Armed with this three-pronged strategy, the path to unparalleled English fluency becomes clear and achievable.

Imagine your child as a boxer gearing up for a major championship bout—when equipped with the right strategy, success isn't just possible; it's probable.

If this speaks to you, please don't hesitate to message me. I'm eager to help your child excel in their English journey! 🧑‍🏫
