Fight night is just around the corner. With special guest Michael Watson. There is an auction on the night with all proceeds going to his charity. For food and drink at the table, I believe it is cash ONLY.
Special thanks to my mindfit team again for a fantastic fight camp.

Some of the Questions we get asked in why people choose Karate

Why Karate?

Karate practice strengthens the mind, develops composure, a clearer thought process, deeper insight into one's mental capabilities, and more self-confidence. It strengthens the entire body, improves coordination, quickens reflexes, builds stamina and overall health.

Is Karate good for children?

Karate helps kids learn how to manage conflict resolution and confront challenging situations. The self-defence technique taught in martial arts requires focus and concentration, which helps children develop discipline and self-control. Practicing Karate also helps children develop their reflexes and coordination.

What are the Benefits of Karate?

Practicing martial arts also offers a nice boost of "feel-good" chemicals like endorphins that lift your mood. And as you master the craft, you'll likely get a boost in confidence, too. It's a great way to channel and direct your energy toward something positive that you can build on over time.

Well done Daniel ,Congratulations sensei Daniel, very well deserved 💪
Some of you may know Danny's story.
This young man had Covid and a stroke.
He is only 37. He also has autism. But nothing has ever stopped him living his life and enjoying Karate. Danny has lost the movement down the right side of his body. Danny was in a wheel chair as he could not move very well. He is so desperate to get back training with us all that he can now walk unaided 😊. He show myself and sensei Paul his fighting stance 🥋😊 the reason for this post is to show you anything is possible if you really want it bad enough. Well done Danny boy. Can't wait to see you in your gi with your new black belt. 🥋🥋🥋 keep fighting sensei. Love sensei Karl
