Teacher training is a real team effort, so well done to everyone who has played a part in helping this cohort reach the finish line.

💙 A huge congratulations to Marden Lodge School and Nursery following its recent Ofsted inspection.

The report celebrates what makes Marden Lodge such a special place to learn and grow: a calm and focused learning environment, strong support for pupils with additional needs, an engaging curriculum, and warm, nurturing relationships across the school.

We're delighted to see the dedication of the school's staff and leaders recognised, along with their commitment to ensuring every child can reach their potential.

Well done to the entire Marden Lodge community on this fantastic achievement. 🎉

Quietly making a difference every day, our GLF Unsung Heroes are the people whose dedication, hard work and commitment help keep everything running smoothly. Often behind the scenes, their contributions may not always be visible, but their impact is felt across our schools and communities.
Thank you for the passion, care and positive difference you make every day.

🌟 Celebrating Our Unsung Heroes 🌟

The heart of every school isn't found in a building – it's found in the people who go above and beyond every day to help others thrive.

One of the most special moments of this year's Boundless Festival was the opportunity to recognise our incredible Unsung Hero Award winners.

These outstanding members of our school communities exemplify the very best of GLF Schools. Through their kindness, dedication and unwavering commitment, they make a lasting difference to the lives of pupils, colleagues and families. Whether supporting learning in the classroom, providing care behind the scenes, or helping their school community flourish in countless other ways, their impact is truly immeasurable.

While they may not seek recognition, their contributions deserve to be celebrated. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of our Unsung Heroes and grateful for the passion, positivity and commitment they bring to our schools every day.

💙 To every Unsung Hero nominated by their school: thank you for the difference you make to children, colleagues and communities across GLF every day.

What a fantastic team-building INSET day for the GLF Schools Development Team this week! 🎉

Rossella, Jenny, Jak, Rich, Evonne, Nicola and Liz came together at GLF's Head Office at The Beacon School, as well as virtually, for a day of collaboration, learning and fun.

We had the opportunity to learn more about GLF's strategy and priorities for the next three years, providing valuable insight into the Trust's vision and how our work contributes to achieving its goals.

From exploring our different working characteristics and approaches, gaining a greater understanding of how our diverse strengths help us collaborate effectively and achieve the best outcomes as a team, to taking part in some friendly (and very competitive! 😄) challenges, it was a brilliant opportunity to connect, reflect and strengthen our teamwork.

A special thank you to Maria for hosting, enabling and expertly facilitating the session, helping to make the day both engaging and productive.

A great day all round – and a reminder of the value of coming together as one team.

What a brilliant experience for the children at Aureus Primary School. An inspiring, motivating and memorable day we're sure! And fits in fantastically with the GLF Great Reads competition! Perhaps the pupils will be recommending Christopher's book? Can't wait to hear!
