This week, we are starting with our wonderful Senior Manager, Faye 💛

Faye has been part of the Rainbow Hill House family for over 10 years and alongside her husband Deniz, she helps run the nursery together. With over 14 years of experience in early years education and a degree in Children, Young People and Families, Faye is passionate about supporting children to thrive and reach their full potential.

Faye particularly enjoys understanding children’s behaviours and individual needs, supporting families, training staff, and creating a warm, nurturing environment for both children and the team. She is also our SENCo and works closely with families to ensure every child feels supported, included, and valued.

Outside of nursery life, Faye is mum to little Barnaby, who has made her love and understanding of early years grow even more 🧸

Today we’re shining the spotlight on Rojda, our wonderful Deputy Manager! 💛

Rojda began her her career at the nursery as an apprentice and she has dedicated over 8 years to growing, learning, and developing within our setting. Through her hard work, commitment and extensive training, she progressed into her current role as Deputy Manager.

Rojda is passionate about maintaining the highest standards throughout the nursery and is always willing to go the extra mile for our children, families and team. She believes in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and respected.

Her dedication, leadership, and genuine care help make our nursery the warm and nurturing place it is today. We are incredibly grateful for everything she brings to our nursery community every day. 🌈✨

This Monday, we’re delighted to introduce Dilay, our Supervisor & Older Pre-School Room Leader! 🌟👏

Dilay has been a valued member of the Rainbow Hill House family for over six years, and we’re so proud to celebrate her recent promotion to Supervisor. This well-deserved achievement reflects her dedication, professionalism, and the positive impact she has on our children, families, and team every single day.

With a genuine passion for early years education, Dilay creates a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, confident, and excited to learn. She believes every child is unique and loves supporting them as they grow, develop new skills, and build the confidence they’ll carry into school and beyond.

Dilay leads by example with kindness, creativity, and enthusiasm. Her calm, caring nature and imaginative approach make her a favourite with both the children and their families.

Eloisa is a valued member of our team and plays an important role in keeping our nursery running smoothly.

From supporting families with enquiries and enrolments to assisting staff and managing the day-to-day administration, she helps ensure everything is organised and efficient behind the scenes.
