Today we’re shining the spotlight on Rojda, our wonderful Deputy Manager! 💛

Rojda began her her career at the nursery as an apprentice and she has dedicated over 8 years to growing, learning, and developing within our setting. Through her hard work, commitment and extensive training, she progressed into her current role as Deputy Manager.

Rojda is passionate about maintaining the highest standards throughout the nursery and is always willing to go the extra mile for our children, families and team. She believes in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and respected.

Her dedication, leadership, and genuine care help make our nursery the warm and nurturing place it is today. We are incredibly grateful for everything she brings to our nursery community every day. 🌈✨

Today, it’s our Floor Manager, Lavdie 💜

Lavdie holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification and brings over 9 years of dedicated service to our nursery, alongside valuable experience gained in other childcare settings. With her wealth of knowledge, endless enthusiasm, and caring nature, Lavdie plays a vital role in creating a happy, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

A familiar and friendly face around the nursery, Lavdie works closely with our practitioners and families to ensure every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. As she oversees the day-to-day activities on the nursery floor, her positive energy, organisation, and passion for childcare help keep everything running smoothly. Children love her fun and nurturing approach, and she takes great pride in making each day filled with learning, laughter, and exciting experiences. You can even hear her a mile away!

Did you know Lavdie’s daughter is also an apart of the nursery?

‘Open-ended questions have no right or wrong answers, but help to broaden children’s thinking processes, to develop their speech and language skills, and to build confidence in their ability to express themselves using words.’ 🔑💭💬

🐳🐠TEAM BONDING💦🐬

Today, the team visited and went on the aqua obstacle course for a team bonding experience! It was so much fun, and we all had such a laugh although we missed the couple of staff members who weren’t able to make it! Looking forward to our next team bonding day already!

🎓PRE-SCHOOL GRADUATION🎓

“Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate our Pre-School graduation ceremony, and to celebrate the children who are all more than ready to start the next chapter in their lives.

Even though the graduation day is always a sad day for us, as teachers, we are SO proud of the children. They way they have loved coming into nursery and the way they have looked forward to what they will learn each day has been amazing to watch. Life is not just about learning to read and write - They are important skills of course, but just as important is love and friendship, which I truly believe all the children are well equipped with!

The graduation day is also a day to celebrate the outstanding work of our practitioners. The love our practitioners have for each child clearly shines through. Their hard work, passion and dedication has allowed the children to reach their full potential. Thank you.

Also, thank you to our parents who have trusted us with your children. I speak on behalf of the whole team when I say it has been an absolute honour to care for and teach your children throughout their early years. They have all grown into such special, kind and loving children.

Finally, to our preschoolers… remember to always be loving, take on challenges, be kind, love learning, laugh and be all you can be.”

👑🇬🇧Coronation Day! 🇬🇧👑

We have had a fab week celebrating with tea parties, building castles & making our own crowns! It looks like there’s more fun activities for the children to explore at the beginning of next week as these photos were taken just before locking up last night, when all the children had gone! 🇬🇧
