Upper Body TRX Workout 🏋🏼♀️ As part of I am building up my core strength every damn day 💪🏼 One way I’m doing this is by slowly challenging my abdomen not just through core specific exercises but through full body movements which engage it 💦 These four TRX exercises not only burn your upper body but they bring your core into play 🔥 Throughout all the movements focus on engaging and stabilising your core. The closer your feet are to the anchor point of the TRX, the more challenging the exercises become 👌🏼 Here you go: ➡️ Chest Press (wide grip & stay on your toes) ➡️ Row (big squeeze at the top pulling your shoulders back & down) ➡️ Tricep Extension (the movement comes from the elbow, not the shoulder) ➡️ Y Raise (absolutely savage exercise, sorry) 😝 Wearing all as I’m an at Equilibrium - Total Balance ❤️ .

HOW TIMES HAVE CHANGED:
The smell of the rubber floor, the acoustics of the brick walls, the TRX swinging in the middle of the room, Jay and I stomping through the middle of the class calling out cues...
That's all gone now. And that's OK because there's a new wave of fitness that we've adapted to. Today was the biggest paid class we've ever run in the history Equilibrium and we didn't have to pay a penny for premises.
is sat on the floor of his Notting Hill apartment, his TRX hanging from a thin wooden door behind him with 40 people listening to his every command through a to his laptop. As always watching intently from the shelf.
Every person taking part is at home, in the garden, in a narrow corridor, in the conservatory, in the kitchen, a bedroom all jump squatting to the count of Jay's booming voice.
It's kinda magical to watch. It's not the same as the studio, it's just different.
The Equilibrium is now stronger than it was when we had the pink wall and the Welsh brick.
It's been quite something to witness.
