Minimal workouts for when you don’t have access to the gym.

Sometimes the simple workouts are the best ones, with minimal to no equipment you can create more than enough stimuli to encourage some positive health and fitness changes.

Having some minimal workouts in your locker can be very useful, especially in those times where you don’t have access to a gym or loads of equipment.

Pull ups can be subbed for any exercise if you do not have a pull up bar, although I do recommend getting a door pull up bar so those pulling muscles don’t get neglected 😎.

Conditioning your body through a fun/enjoyable aerobic activity is something we hugely encourage. Aerobic means working with oxygen this is because you’re testing yourself through a prolonged elevated heart rate at an intensity that requires less energy. This is good for cardiovascular health/endurance amongst other benefits.

Something it also helps with is calorie expenditure, which can aid fat loss goals or allow you to enjoy a cheeky pizza with your mates and not feel guilty or fear you’ll get fat. Life’s about balance 👌🏻

Call to action:
We recommend cycling or walking for at least 1-2h per week broken into how ever many chunks you like, can also be fun activities such as surfing, kayaking, or most sports.
