Learning the difference:
– I used to chase anything that gave me a quick high.
– Scroll. Shop. Say yes to everything.
– Felt productive, but I was running on fumes.
– Fake dopamine was draining my battery without me knowing.
But then I slowed down…

– Took a walk.
– Played music again.
– Had tea with a friend, no phones.
And something shifted.
Not louder. Just… more alive.

🟢 Real dopamine fills you.
🔴 Fake dopamine only tricks you.
✨Note to self: Choose the charge that actually lasts.
