A familiar face back at The Foundry! 🩵

Fred first visited us during the Goldman Sachs Homeless Service Day, where guests from homeless services across east London came together to access support, activities and community connections. 🤝

After a positive experience, Fred has since returned to The Foundry, continuing to engage with the opportunities, support and welcoming environment.✨⚒️

From joining The Training Ground + as a quiet and reserved young person, to graduating from the Beyond Food Foundation Fresh Life programme, Steven has embraced every opportunity to learn, develop and grow. 🙌

👨‍🍳 Through hands-on experience in The Foundry’s E6 Kitchen, alongside mentoring and employability support, he has built new skills, greater independence and the confidence to take on new challenges.

🏆 His dedication and progress were recognised with the Rising Star Award at the 2025 Training Ground + graduation ceremony, a fitting milestone in an inspiring journey. ⭐️
