Here’s a glimpse of Meet N Mingle, where students came together to connect, meet new people and start building a sense of community!

There were plenty of ways to get involved, from quick-fire games like musical chairs and “two truths and a lie”, to table challenges designed to help everyone learn more about the people sitting next to them.

Students also had the chance to ask questions directly to their Students’ Union Presidents and find out more about the support available across campus.

And yes, there was a bit of friendly competition too, with winners taking home gift bags! 👀

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make it such a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. clap

The Student Relations team created a supportive and reflective space for University Mental Health Day.

Students were invited to share messages, thoughts and personal reflections through interactive boards, opening up conversations around connection, community and the importance of looking after mental wellbeing. From recognising how common feelings like loneliness can be, to encouraging honest and open dialogue, the day was a reminder that no one has to navigate university life alone.

Creating spaces like this helps foster a campus culture where wellbeing is prioritised, voices are heard and students feel supported every step of the way.

💬 How do you take care of your wellbeing during busy periods?

The Student Society London Iftar Group hosted a Ramadan Iftar at our London campus!

Students came together to break their fast, share food, and spend time in a space built on understanding and connection. It was a moment to pause, reflect, and experience the importance of community beyond the classroom.

Events like this reflect the diversity of our campus and the value of creating inclusive spaces where different cultures, traditions, and experiences are recognised and celebrated. It is these shared moments that help build a sense of belonging and make student life more meaningful.

Last October, the London campus marked Black History Month with a series of thoughtful and engaging activities delivered by our Student Relations team. The programme created space for students to explore the achievements, influence and stories of Black leaders, innovators and cultural contributors, while also encouraging reflection on the significance of the month.

Through interactive displays, discussion prompts and opportunities to share personal inspirations, students engaged deeply with the themes of heritage, impact and representation.

The events highlighted the importance of continuing to learn from one another and recognising the diverse experiences that shape our community.

We are grateful to our Student Relations team for curating an inclusive and meaningful set of activities that brought Black History Month to life on campus. Follow us for more campus happenings and community initiatives throughout the year!
