Hi, I'm Zoe and Until November 2013 I was a Senior Manager in the UK Banking industry with a successful 13-year career. I was well paid, had a comfortable lifestyle and great prospects. Unfortunately I also had the stress, long hours, terrible work/life balance and poor health that often go with the territory! As the saying goes, “You can’t change your life if you don’t change your thinking” – so I left my job, took a career break and then went in search of a new path.
