Microsoft Elevate Educator Expert 26/27
Unison conference delegate volunteer. Supporter of schools for 2030. I am a visionary educator, course designer, and emerging leader specialising in technology‑enhanced learning, wellbeing education, and innovative digital practice. I bring over seven years of experience delivering high‑impact Health & Wellbeing, confidence‑building, and life‑skills programmes across Nottinghamshire through Inspire Learning, consistently achieving strong learner engagement and good to outstanding feedback. I recently completed an 18‑month Leadership, Management and Development Programme, including senior‑level mentorship, and I am proud to have been recognised as a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE) for 2024/25 and 2025/26. Through this role, I have volunteered with Microsoft Education at BETT UK 2025 and will be returning for BETT UK 2026, collaborating with innovators and educators to champion the future of learning. My passion lies in transforming education through creativity, AI, and accessible digital design. Over the past two years, I have redesigned my entire curriculum using Microsoft technologies—integrating Sway, PowerPoint Designer, Stream, Teams, and Reflect to create immersive, inclusive, and holistic learning experiences. This includes dyslexia‑friendly design, guided meditation videos, AI‑supported content creation, and digital wellbeing tools that empower learners beyond the classroom. I design all course materials in line with Ofsted expectations, embedding Bloom’s Taxonomy, RARPA, British Values, and essential English, Maths, IT, Diversity and Inclusion. My teaching style is holistic, learner‑centred, and grounded in wellbeing, confidence‑building, and personal growth. Currently, I am studying for a Master’s in Educational Leadership with UWE as part of the Class of 2030 initiative. I am now seeking opportunities to bring my innovative, future‑focused, and compassionate leadership approach into a wider educational leadership role—supporting organisations to evolve, embrace technology, and deliver transformative learner experiences.
