Birkbeck University Creative Writing Group We are accept submissions of Short Stories, Poetry, Prose, Prose, Short Plays or Scenes, Creative Non-Fiction.
Birkbeck Writers Room is a once-a-term spoken word evening run by the second and third year students of the Creative Writing BA at Birkbeck. There is no restriction on the type of writing you can submit, however, all submissions must be verbally five minutes or under. This year we are opening up our submissions beyond Birkbeck to all Writers across London.

Call for submissions: If you would like to read at our forthcoming event we will be accepting submissions until Nov 16th, 2017. There is no restriction on the type of writing you can submit, however, all submissions must be verbally five minutes or under. Non-Birkbeck students and alumni are warmly welcomed.
