Huge congratulations to our learners who have just completed their Focus Awards

Level 2 and Level 3 Certificates in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care.

Behind every certificate is a real story. Early mornings. Late nights. Study squeezed in around work, family, and everything else life throws your way. That takes grit, and we saw plenty of it.

Special shout-out to everyone who moved from Level 2 to Level 3. You did not stop at good enough, and it shows.

Adult social care is about compassion, dignity, and respect. It is about helping people live full lives.

Our learners lived those values throughout their studies, and they are ready to carry them into their workplaces and communities.

To every learner: thank you for your energy, your questions, and your refusal to give up. Watching you grow has been the best part of our year.

Drop a congratulations in the comments, tag a learner you are proud of, and share this post to help us cheer them on.

Every comment genuinely makes their day.

Thinking about a career in care yourself?
