I'm in the proceeds of clearing out the nursery. If anyone who has left a bag here with change of clothes etc wants it back can you let me know. If not I will take everything to a charity shop. As you may be aware Magic Moments was unable to reopen after Covid lockdown.
We were no longer able to use the premises.
We are currently in the process of clearing out all the play equipment etc. Please keep a look out on East Dulwich mums and Dulwich forum in case there is something you might like
It's been such a sad time for us but we are glad that we have such lovely memories of the thirteen years that we ran the nursery and all the lovely children we had there.

🍂🧡🍁Hi everyone, hope you are all keeping well. Sorry I haven't posted for a while. To be honest there's been no more news on Magic Moments reopening. We have everything in place to open safely, however Southwark Council will not give the go ahead to opening up the premises. This is because its classed as a Community hall and, following government guidelines, its not to be used. I cant see this situation changing in the near future. However I will still keep trying.
Im missing you all, and am really sad because I realise that when we do open most of our children will have moved on. I will keep you all informed of the situation.

🧡Hi everyone, hope you are all keeping well. Just to keep you updated, I have had an email from Southwark Council outlining all new procedures that have to be put in place with a view to reopening. I'm currently implementing these changes.Once we have done a Covid Secure course and had an inspection of the hall I will be in a better position to inform you of a possible opening date. 💙Hi, hope everyone's well. I'm sorry to say that today I've had an email from Southwark Council saying that they are not opening any Community Halls for the foreseeable future. Earliest will be September. It saddens me to say that this means Magic Moments will not be able to open until then. I will keep trying to get a change to this situation but at present this is how it is. Im devestated by this news because, for a long time, the council have tried to reclaim the hall to turn it into a home. Im hoping that they do not use this situation to get the nursery out. 💙Hi, its Lynda from Magic Moments Creche. It saddens me to say that because of the current situation regarding Coronavirus, and following Government guidelines, we will have to close next week. At this moment in time we have no idea how long we will be closed for. I'm hoping to review the situation at the end of the Easter break. I will keep everyone informed. We will not be charging anyone for this time. If you have paid in advance I will carry those payments over to the new term. I'm hoping, as we all are, that this situation doesn't go on for too long.
