Set up by Chef Matt Young, a cheeky Brummie come west Londoner, with over 12 years experience as a chef in various restaurants around the world from France to New Zealand. He has stepped out of the fine dining world to do what
he loves - socialising around good food and drink! This summer focusing on the most social style of cooking, BBQ! Working with the finest quality meats and fish and preparing them in most entertaining way! Social Meat Club will be throwing a number of events this summer in the form of; West London garden banquets, East London warehouse feasts, Riverside boat soirée and private celebrations. Inviting Londoners to grab a hammer and nail some beautiful sides of wild salmon into damp birch wood planks then pitch them next to a wood smoking fire. Resulting in the fish being smoked and lightly licked by the flames and infused with the birch wood simultaneously. Amongst the smoking fire he’ll have people making their own sausages from scratch and smoking them and executing beautifully tender, fall off the bone baby back pork ribs. Join the Club!
