As a beneficiary of East End Community grant funding () ACT is happy to share this information about Vital Signs - an informative research report that provides a health check on communities by grading 10 important social issues and bench-marking them with other parts of the country. Vital Signs combines official statistics with the views of local people which serves as a useful tool to understand and highlight what issues need to be addressed locally.
