They also seek to develop and empower children and young people to become critical thinkers and conscious members of their communities and society. Thus preparing children and young people to achieve more through education and learning and position them to acquire employment. This enables them to realise economic well-being and become active and responsible members of society and their community. Our activities are not meant simply for accumulating or acquiring profits. Company activities and reports will show how surplus shall develop children’s lives in educational and creative ways. These activities will bridge the community and services to enable positive community interaction. It also seeks to empower children and young people to engage with peers, family and other families in positive and constructive ways. Access to a variety of information also provides the opportunity for parents and carers to educate and learn and share this experience with children and young people. It is perceived these activities will provide an improving self image encouraging social responsibility and well-being thwarting poverty, social exclusion and other possible factors of deprivation and decay.

Followed Jamie Fox through his career from the earlies... What a star! What a figure! What a positive model for all to follow... I watched this clip to. It really brught the emotion to the surface. and so lovely to see him cry, laugh, fight more tears and continue to entertain... Greatness we have in abundance in the community... I know quite a few similar characters... How things would be different if all the Jaime Foxes were either given the chance or created it forthemselves like he did... https://Black-History-MrTCKnight.eventbrite.co.uk click and Grab your ticket and create more opportunities for the Jamie Foxes of the world... And this is not gender specific...
Let's go

Jamie Foxx made it clear: being honored by US means more than any Oscar. 🙌🏾

While accepting the Ultimate Icon Award at the 2025 BET Awards, Jamie reflected on surviving a major health scare, the power of second chances, and the people who held him down through it all. He got emotional while thanking his family, especially his daughters, and spoke directly to Black audiences, saying:

“A lot of people think the Oscars is the biggest thing. We gotta quit thinking like that... The Icon Award is the most important because it comes from us.”

This moment was more than a thank you, it was a powerful reminder that our platforms matter.
