Remember: SMALLER gland = HIGHER malignancy risk
Parotid = most tumours but only ~20% malignant
Sublingual = rare tumours but >80% malignant

— Know your cell types!

Acute inflammation = Neutrophils first (arrive within hours)
Chronic inflammation = Lymphocytes + Plasma cells + Macrophages
Granulomatous = Epithelioid macrophages + Langerhans giant cells

This distinction comes up repeatedly in SBAs — don't mix them up! ✅
