Margarita has reached the summit of Africa’s highest mountain — Mount Kilimanjaro! 🙌🏻🏔️

Of the 46 people who started the climb, only a few reached the summit.

They began in the warm African sun, with temperatures around +23°C, and climbed through changing conditions until they reached −20°C near the top.

The final ascent began at midnight after a day of trekking and a short rest at the final camp. They continued through the darkness and freezing cold towards Uhuru Peak.

As the sun rose over Africa, Margarita reached the Roof of Africa. 🌅🏔️

A huge thank you to everyone who supported Margarita and the Street Child charity throughout this challenge. Your encouragement and generosity were greatly appreciated.

Support for Dental Nursing Learners Affected by NEBDN Provider Changes

Have you been affected by recent changes to your NEBDN training provider?

Earlier this year, NEBDN withdrew accreditation from Learndirect and SmileWisdom. Learners currently enrolled with these providers may need to transfer to another NEBDN-accredited provider to continue their National Diploma in Dental Nursing.

⚠️ Important deadline: National Diploma learner transfer requests must be submitted by 25 September 2026.
