Big news. From next Monday World Music Method jam sessions and concerts at the Magic Garden will now be weekly instead of monthly.

Every Monday

That's an extra 40 live music sessions happening each year.

The format will change slightly. Jam session starting promptly at 8pm and then main act on at 9.15pm

Sometimes the main act will be a full a band, sometimes an intimate solo performance, sometimes musicians attending the jam will be invited to guest with the main act.

Then the jam continues until about 11.15pm

Last Northern line train from Battersea Power Station is 00.23am

We'll continue to host one of the friendliest jam sessions in London with exceptional talent from across the world headlining each week

March 23 - Salim Akki & Abdelillah (Moroccan Gnawa)

March 30 - Mosi Conde (Guinean kora master)

April 6 - Traditional Mutant (Anatolian Psychedelic)

April 13 - Viento Suelto London Gaita Club (Colombian Traditional)

April 20 - Sekura Makamanzi (Zimbabwean Mbira Maestro)

April 27 - Faizan Ali Khan (Pakistani sufi-classical hero)

Any sharing and promoting you can do of these events will be great for the London music community and ensure we can continue to run these events showcasing exceptional artists and keep it free entry.

Thank you
