Flashback from yesterday's Dying Matters Awareness Week Conference (by Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust and Nottingham Hospitals Charity).
It was a wonderful event and one that enhanced our own learning.
In our session's Q&A it was great to learn that digital legacy conversations are now taking place within Nottingham care settings. We hope to hear similar feedback from attendees of conferences that we are part of in the weeks and months to come. 🤞
