We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Assessor / VTCT Beauty Trainer to deliver the VTCT Level 2 & Level 3 Beauty Specialist Qualifications to small class groups.

💷 Up to £28 per hour (depending on experience) 🕙 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM 📅 Flexible teaching days available (Monday – Sunday)

✨ Key Responsibilities ✨
✔ Direct Observation Evaluate learners conducting live beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, massage, and other beauty services in real or simulated salon environments.
✔ Competency Assessment Assess learner evidence against VTCT qualification standards and determine whether learners are competent or not yet competent.
✔ Learner Feedback Provide detailed, constructive feedback and maintain accurate learner records and portfolios.
✔ Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all assessments meet VTCT standards and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) requirements.
✔ Lesson & Assessment Planning Support the development of schemes of work, lesson plans, and tailored assessment plans to meet learner needs.

🎓 Requirements
• Assessor and/or Teaching Qualification
• Experience delivering VTCT Beauty qualifications • Industry experience in Beauty Therapy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills • Professional, reliable, and learner-focused approach
