Last week the School of Health & Medical Sciences' Centre for Food Policy held their Food Policy Symposium which brought together people from academia, public health, retail and the food industry to examine the future of the UK convenience store sector.
The event highlighted growing concerns around the nutritional quality and affordability of food available in many convenience stores.

Researchers at City St George’s, Harvard University and Born in Bradford have found that almost one in four children in Bradford lived in a home with damp or mould in early childhood.
