I’ve worked with some of the most legendary voices on the planet and what shocks people is this:
Even they struggle to believe they’re good enough.
I’ve seen world-class performers second-guess their gift right before stepping on stage.
The talent is undeniable but the self-belief isn’t automatic.
And it’s the same in business.
I've had women come to me who've built incredible things — but when it comes time to raise the prices of their offers, the same wobble kicks in.
You've been told to 'charge what you're worth' but somehow that advice makes you feel *more* pressure, not less. Because... what if you just don't feel good enough for the price you *want* to charge? 👀
❌ You've been told that if you could just be more embodied, bust through more limiting beliefs, then you could set and sell at your higher prices.
➡️ This sounds perfectly plausible but it's a sneaky self-sabotaging tactic hiding in plain sight. It's just a more 'spiritual' version of waiting. Waiting as you work through stuff. Hoping that the more stuff you work through, the more worthy you'll feel.
Have you noticed that the more limiting beliefs you clear, even more show up? 🤔
❌ You think higher prices mean you have to show up with the right morning routine, a bestselling book, and a TED Talk under your belt - just *more* accomplishments, awards, more something...
➡️ Yet when you *do* accomplish these things, you still don't quite feel ready to set your new prices (you still feel like a fraud).
❌ You think you need to be 'better' to charge more — better looking, better dressed, better known, better spoken.
❌ You think you need to “struggle enough” to earn ease.
You’ve made worth the gateway. And it has NEVER been that.
1. Detach Your Price from Your Worth
Let’s be clear:
Your price is NOT a reflection of you.
It’s a structure that safely holds your client.
Let me explain ⬇️
2. Choose a number that makes your customer/client feel safe
Ask yourself:
What number will make her commit and show up daily, value the work and put in the work?
When you price to hold your client’s bigness, not to prove your own - the number lands.
4. Let the Price Exist Without Needing to Earn It
Don’t try to be good enough to charge more.
It’s a trap. Take the pressure off. You don't need to perform.
Ready to charge more - and actually sell it?
Book your 1:1 Power Strategy Session now.
One hour. Link’s in the comments.

A client came to me with five days until her TEDx talk.
So I rolled up my sleeves.
We re-wrote the structure.
I helped her to dig deep into her story in the name of authenticity and vulnerability.
I coached her through 4-5 run-throughs.
I helped her add color, texture and truth to her voice so she could engage and be engaging.
I gave her acupressure points to tap on to relieve any anxiety and overwhelm.
And I told her the truth, even when it may have felt uncomfortable.
She's told me it's gone well and I'm very proud of her 😁.
If you or anyone you know has got a TedX Talk, a keynote or speech, I will help you revolutionise it so you can be felt and heard when you get behind the mic.
You deserve to hit it out the park and then have it memorialised on the Internet forever.

Do you remember when Jennifer Lawrence fell up the stairs on the way to receive her Oscar? Well, I was there.
And I’m going to tell you what happened behind the scenes.
It was 2013. I’d just finished performing with Adele at the Dolby Theater. The pic is of me below is at the band's private dinner after the show.
Backstage - a separate area to the dressing rooms - was champagne bars and actresses in gowns. These were seat fillers ready to jump into empty chairs on cue.
Even those doing camera rehearsals before the show began were stand-ins. Mostly actors. You could feel their hunger. Their 'almost-there' energy. Like they were just one perfectly timed moment away from their big break.
Hollywood is full of women like that - waiting tables by day, auditioning, passing the Hollywood sign on the way to work. The same Hollywood sign featured in the movies they want to be in.
And that night, in the middle of it all, Jennifer Lawrence tripped on the way to collect her Oscar.
As she stumbled, one of the seat fillers beside me said one word.
"Good."
I will never forget her - brunette. Sparkly, navy gown - or the sound of that one word, soaked in smug vitriol.
She didn’t know me but in that moment, I saw her - and I saw the cost of ambition twisted by resentment and jealousy. That "good" was the symptom of living too long in 'almost-there'.
And I get it. I do.
Because the higher you rise, the more you realize not everyone is cheering. Some people will clap and secretly wish you’d fall. Some will shade you on social media with “professional” posts aimed squarely at your back. Some will smile while slowly sharpening the knife.
It’s why I no longer chase applause.
I don’t do what I do for validation.
Not for awards. Not even for the “you go girl” posts.
I do it because the content is in me to say. It's an expression of who I am. And that’s what keeps me free.
Rising as a high-performing woman will stretch you.
It’ll trigger those who haven’t given themselves permission to rise.
And it will test whether you still believe you need to be perfect to be worthy.
Perfectionism is a 20-ton shield, as Brené Brown says. It feels like protection, but really it’s a weighty prison. I’ve laid mine down.
And in its place, I’ve picked up something softer, fiercer, more powerful: love for myself which is attached to not a thing.
So if you’re ready to rise without the weight of perfectionism…
If you’re ready to let go of the fear of being “too much”…
If you’re ready to speak, show up, and elevate from a place of internal safety…
I’m inviting you into The Elevation Room.
My private mastermind for women who are done with shrinking, performing, or explaining themselves to people who don’t even have the capacity to meet them.
Drop ELEVATE in the comments to get the link to apply
Let’s build your world with love at the center—and no room for the ones who whisper “good” when you rise.

Here's why you're not getting paid sooner.. and it's so simple you might slap yourself (please don't 😆)
A woman in a Facebook group shared how she gets on calls with prospective clients - they’re pumped, excited, love her offer…And then... ghost town.
No payment. No follow-through.
Everyone in the comments was chiming in:
“You need a better system.”
“Maybe you’re energetically chasing.”
“Hire a coach.”
“Fix your mindset.”
“Align your chakras.”
(Okay, I made the last one up, but you get the picture 😆)
Meanwhile, me:
Just tell them before and during the call you’ll be taking payment.
Yes. That simple.
Make your agenda clear.
You want their success.
You ALSO want their debit or credit card.
You’re not just there to solve their problems.
You’re there to run a business.
Before the call?
Tell them you’ll be taking payment via debit or credit card.
On the call?
Ask again — "Are you ready to move forward with payment today?"
No big complicated system.
No five-step energetic realignment.
No second mortgage to hire a fancy coach.
Speak up.
Ask for the sale.
I love you. Now go get your money.
And if you want to simplify your sales, speak with power, and stop dancing around the bag, comment ME below.
Let’s get it.

When someone tells you they got gifted this car below, they now have my attention 😂
I was sitting in Starbucks sipping a mocha when this red Audi pulls up directly in front of me.
I've always had a thing for German engineering. (Seggsy! 😉)
A woman got out with her partner.
As she walked past me into the store, I said to her "Your car is gorgeous."
She beamed. "Thank you!" she said.
I told her, "Audis are my favorite — your car is inspiring me right now."
And she said, "My best friend gave it to me. As a birthday gift."
I blinked. 👀
"What does your best friend do?!" I asked, half-joking, half-serious.
"He's wealthy," she said with a shrug. "He just wanted to give back."
Before she walked away, she added, "This car is the love of my life."
And I knew she wasn’t talking about leather seats or zero-to-sixty.
She was talking about being seen.
Being thought of.
Being loved so deeply, someone wanted to gift her an entire car!
I was stunned. Cause WHERE THEY DO THAT AT?! 😂
Seriously though, it got me thinking:
As a coach, I've done a loooooot of work; healing work, alchemic work, personal development work, spiritual work, business strategy work.
And my business barely moved an inch 😆
What made my business skyrocket was knowing I was good enough to receive. And then not making it about my worth AT ALL.
I stopped going on these endless healing excursions. Stopped needing to know more spiritual stuff, more business stuff. Stopped needing to have even more of a track record of success.
I let go of outcomes and made my self worth non-negotiable. Then didn't give my self worth a second thought.
Letting go of needing to know how to have success felt scary. But this level of self trust is where the miraculous lives.
I know what it is to receive at speed because you're open, available, ready - whilst letting go of all the the things you thought you needed to *be* ready.
I'm creating a Mastermind called The Elevation Room for 7 women.
It's for women who are done with the frustration, the heavy lifting and proving yourself.
You want the freedom to use your voice to be seen. To be paid. And for God's sake… you want it to be easier, less time consuming, less complicated.
You want your own red Audi.
If that's you, comment ME or slide into my DMs.
Let's talk about joining me in The Elevation Room.
It's time to stop efforting your way to your own miracles.
They're already trying to find you.

Ever been treated like your résumé was more valuable than.... well, you? 😏
Some years ago, I replied to a thought-provoking email from a coach. To my surprise, she responded personally and invited me to a 1:1 call.
I was genuinely excited—I had one question, and I was eager to hear her perspective.
But what unfolded was clearly a sales call. She didn't even answer my question. She pitched her program instead.
I didn’t buy because I was already in a program. I just had the one question. 😆
A few days later, my current coach messaged me.
She was at a retreat for business owners and told me that the coach I’d spoken to was there too—raving about how someone with a celebrity music background wanted to join her program.
She was thrilled. She knew it was me. But I had never said I wanted to join her program.
In her eyes, I wasn’t a human being with a genuine inquiry—I was a trophy client. A walking win. A “look who’s in my orbit” moment.
Later, I followed up to clarify: “I’m not interested in the program. I just had a question.”
Her reply:
“You wasted my time.”
The cheek of it! 😂 I didn’t waste her time. She chased *me*.
And I didn't like that AT ALL.
She treated me like I was a means to her end.
It got me thinking though. I always want my prospective clients to feel my love and support of them during the sales process because that's who I am.
So, I give love and support liberally to people. In the sales process and out of it.
I stopped feeling “salesy.”
I stopped caring about whether people said yes or no.
And that’s when things began to flow.
Sales. Clients. Connection. Peace.
Because people can feel my heart and my thoughtfulness throughout it all.
How to sell according to your unique personality is exactly what I’ll be teaching inside The SheSpeaks Network.
The link is in the comments.
I’ll meet you there.

A woman asked me how to ask for more money at her salary review.
I was a guest speaker at an event and a woman, during the Q&A, asked the question above. She was up for an imminent salary review.
And I could hear it all over her; all the things she HADN'T said. So, in true me-fashion, I got straight to the point..
"You’re not struggling to ask for the income you want because you don’t have the experience. You’re not struggling because you lack the results.
You’re struggling because you’re stuck in a loop of trying to prove you’re worthy enough to receive it.
You’ve made money about morality.
You’ve turned your payslip into a performance review of your self-worth.
And I said to her:
This has nothing to do with worth. This has everything to do with certainty and audacity.
I'm gonna tell you about Billy McFarland.
He's the man behind Fyre Festival. The biggest scam festival in modern history.
He sold millions of dollars in VIP packages for a luxury music event that never materialized.
All his guests got when they arrived at the festivals were wet mattresses in tents, cheese sandwiches and chaos.
He went to prison for fraud.
And after he got out of prison, HE'S BACK WITH FYRE FESTIVAL 2.
And someone has already paid SEVEN figures for a top-tier VIP ticket.
A convicted felon is making millions because he believed in his vision so hard that he convinced everybody else; his team, an entire Caribbean island and the unsuspecting customers.
And I know you've got way more integrity than a scammer.
So no. Money doesn’t respond to your "goodness".
Instead, look at the facts of the value you bring.
How your team runs smoother because of you. How your presence elevates the room. How your results have increased revenue, retention, impact.
And then be the woman who can walk away if they won’t meet you at the level you know is yours.
Certainty first. Results second. That’s how this works."
She listened, stunned at first and then my favourite part; she later told me in the DMs, she'd negotiated more money at her salary review. 😉
If you're reading this and want to master this...If you want to speak with audacity and negotiate with ease?
That’s what I’m teaching inside the SheSpeaks Network.

If the voice was a physical, tangible thing, I would take my clothes off and roll around in it.
I would rub it all over me. I would stuff it down my pants and sit on it just to be that close to it.
I am obsessed with the voice. Your voice.
The pitch. The cadence. The tone.
The energetics it carries.
How people receive it versus what you actually said and meant.
I am obsessed.
When I first added the speaking element to my business in 2020, it felt like stepping into freshly fallen snow—untouched, unexplored.
And I got to put my footprints in it. I got to discover what else was possible.
And now, I want you to discover it too.
The SheSpeaks Network officially opens tomorrow.
I am obsessed with helping you use your voice in a way that honors you, commands respect, brings applause, opportunities, and cash.
If you've been waiting to work with me but haven’t made the leap, this is your moment.
The price doubles tomorrow.

I almost lost a client recently.
Not because I’m not good at what I do - but because my messaging wasn’t clear.
Me! The one who teaches people how to communicate with clarity!
It was a wake-up call.
So, I did what I always tell my clients to do—I went in, refined, and realigned.
For most of you reading this, you don’t have a clarity problem.
You have a 60% problem.
🔹 You’re only showing 60% of your brilliance. You’ve normalized the rest. You don’t even see it.
🔹 You assume people “get it” when they don’t. If you don't speak about it, it doesn't exist.
🔹 You downplay what makes you powerful because you don’t want to be ‘too much.’
🔹 You dial it down to be nice, approachable, relatable.
Which means it's time to be audacious.
This is a reminder that:
Clarity isn’t a one-and-done thing—it’s an ongoing process.
What’s in your 40% that you’ve been hiding?
I'm going to shine a light on it (and you) in the SheSpeaks Network.
👉 Inside the SheSpeaks Network, I’ll help you pull out that missing 40%—and use it to accelerate your income.
👉 We start Tuesday. That’s when the price doubles. Link in comments.
