Carmel one of our mentee’s got to goon a real life two day TV shoot last week as a runner.
Thanks to our friend the wonderful Executive Producer Mike Carr ❤️
She loved the experience of learning about all the different roles on a shoot, how a shoot day works & the early starts 🌞
Growing our network allows for more young people like Carmel get access to the industry

Mentoring this creative superstar, Shylie is her Persian name, but she also goes by natasha.
When she was in her teens she would write the most amazing poetry.
She’s got a pure creative spirit and fearlessness.
With our mentoring she’s learnt about the different roles out there, Creatives, Screenplay Writers, Art Directors, Copywriters, Directors… etc. understanding the roles helps her understand how her talents can be applied.
Her love of story telling is leading her down the path of filmmaking and production. 🎥
So if you are a production company that needs a runner or an assistant on your shoot…
She is keen to hustle, work hard and be on as many sets as possible helping out!
