THE BEST PREPARATION FOR YOUR LSC AUDITION

At an Audition Experience Day, you will participate in a range of classes that will give an insight into the audition process at London Studio Centre. You will work with teachers who are part of the audition panel at LSC and have your questions about the audition process answered to help you prepare for your audition.

London Studio Centre would like to congratulate Project Dance - Arts Organisation for securing Arts Council funding to support their upcoming 2027 UK tour!

BUSK is an inspiring narrative-driven dance piece, featuring an original score by film and theatre composer, Charles Harrison. The production premiered in 2025 and featured many LSC students in its creative team and cast.

LSC is proud to partner with Project Dance, a company founded by 2025 BA (Hons) Professional Dance Performance and 2026 MA Dance Producing & Management graduate, James Bamford, who started the company when he was just 14!

We will be cheering on the whole team behind Project Dance as they embark on this exciting next step in bringing BUSK to more audiences, and maybe inspiring the next generation of dance creators!

Thanks so much to all the incredible young performers who took part in this year’s LSC Summer Programme.

The London Studio Centre Summer Programme provides a choice of specialist summer intensive courses for ages 14+, taught by industry professionals. This year, the choice of workshops was ‘Ballet and Contemporary Dance’ and ‘Jazz, Commercial and Musical Theatre’. Each workshop is completed with a showcase performance for family and friends at the end of the week.

It was wonderfully inspiring to see these talented students giving it their all. We wish them all the very best on their journeys through dance, and hope to see them back at LSC soon!

Earlier in the 2026 Regent’s Park Open Air Summer Season two of our alumni performed in ‘A Life in Four Seasons’. Both Mark Smith and Michael Naylor danced in this modern re-imagining of the Vivaldi classic choreographed by Alexzandra Sarmiento.
