Music at St Mary's, Wimbledon

St Mary's is a historic parish church in Wimbledon with a strong musical tradition.

Our treble choristers, graduate choral scholars and experienced adult musicians sing every Sunday at Eucharist and Evensong, which all are welcome to attend.

28 June 2026 – Fourth Sunday after Trinity:

9:30am Sung Eucharist

In the evening, the choir will participate in ‘All My Hope on God is Founded’, a service of music and readings to celebrate the patronal festival of St John's, who celebrate their 150th anniversary this year. This replaces Choral Evensong at St Mary's.

On Saturday 16 May, St Mary's Choir School are taking part in Merton SingFest at St Mark's Church, Wimbledon. SingFest is an annual event organised by Wimbledon Choral and the Merton Music Foundation, and we will be singing in the teatime concert (beginning at 3pm).
