The Digital Disruption team attended the WMUK talk by Jimmy Wales (Wikipedia co-founder) last night. Really inspired stuff with topics broached such as a big push to improve the interface & technology of Wikipedia platform to make it more inclusive, promoting digital fluency, and a need to diversify contributors.

Aside from simply having the right equipment and instructing children in basic technology usage, what else should educational institutions be teaching kids about technology, starting as early as kindergarten?
