After a year long hiatus from Estrela Língua whilst I was teaching full time , we are back for this academic term with online lessons for new learners commencing October 18.

Today we have an exercise for you to ease you back into the basics of vocabulary . Please try this 6 minute introduction to / revision of suffixes ( activity 3).

Once you’ve done it set yourself the challenge of using words with the suffixes :
- able
- Ible and
- ness

Today we have a short quiz to revise the second conditional , a structure which non English speakers often struggle with .

The second conditional is used to talk about imaginary or impossible situations :

If I won the lottery I would travel the world ...

Past participle practice !

Here’s a beginners/ intermediate quick revision for past participles , something English speaking children also often struggle with as there are so many irregular forms.
