✨🇯🇵 A very special trip to Japan! 🇯🇵✨

Our Mini Muse students Boyee and Kayee flew all the way from London to Japan to receive their Golden Awards at the Sakura Art Award! 🏆🎨

It was such a special experience for them to see their artwork exhibited and admire so many other incredible winning artworks from young artists around the world. 🌸

So proud of you both! Keep creating, keep exploring, and keep believing in your artistic journey. 💛✨

Mom: Only one scoop 🍨
Us: 🤔🤔

Instead of eating extra ice cream 🍦, we can paint it!
We picked our own ice cream flavours, vanilla, chocolate, and fruity vibes. Then we went full topping mode—sprinkles, caramel drips, crunchy bits, berries… you name it, we drew it. 🫐

Mom saw the results and asked us to draw one more scoop for her!💕

The amazing thing is, children can do so much more than we sometimes think when they’re given the right techniques, guidance and confidence to try. 🎨💜

It’s not about being “good at art” — it’s about learning, experimenting and discovering what you can create.

And seeing their faces when they realise “I made this!” is the best part. 🥹🩷

One simple switch: compliment on what you actually see. 😄 You can also try asking about the colour choice 🎨 and the story behind it 📖

Scribbles aren’t “wrong” they’re usually representing movement! 🌀 If you are not sure what those lines mean, don’t shut it down, encourage them to tell you more about it. 🤍

Help without taking over. ✨
Try to offer choices instead of asking them to draw what you expected.

Hi, I’m Cynthia ! The teacher and founder of Mini Muse ✨ With 7+ years of teaching experience, let me tell you why I started Mini Muse studio.



I spent 7 years built my jewellery brand 💍 Creating beauty taught me patience, creativity, and purpose.

Then I moved to the UK, and God healed me through painting 🎨 Every brushstroke became a step back to myself.

Every time I heard children say, “I’m bad at art…” 💔 My heart broke, because they deserved better.

So I started teaching art again, and helped them build confidence 🌈

Watching them go from doubt to proudly creating artworks and showing them to others has been my greatest joy 🫶🏽

We had more and more students, and just had our 3rd exhibition 🥳

I’m excited to see how far God leads us next 🙏🏽✨

✨ A little artist milestone! ✨

We’re so proud to share that one of our young artists’ artworks, inspired by Gustav Klimt, has found a new home! 🎨💛

The piece was created as part of our Artist - Chantelle Choi of the Term project.

Even more special, the artwork was purchased by a member of the community during our exhibition. It was so lovely to meet ! She had spotted Chantelle‘s work and thought its incredible for a 9 years old kid created this art work! 🥰

There’s something so wonderful about seeing children’s artwork leave the studio and become part of someone else’s home. It’s a lovely reminder that young artists have something meaningful to say, and their creativity deserves to be celebrated. 🌿✨

Well done, Chantelle! We’re so proud of you. 💛
