Meet Dr Anton Beka, a King’s College London medical graduate whose journey into medicine is rooted in representation, community and a commitment to making healthcare more inclusive.
As the son of refugees, Anton understands the importance of trust and understanding between healthcare professionals and the communities they serve.
Through his work, including founding the Move Mountains Foundation, Anton is helping to bridge gaps in healthcare by supporting medical education initiatives and creating opportunities for communities that face greater barriers.
In this episode of King’s College London calling , he reflects the importance of having doctors who not only provide care, but also understand the experiences and challenges that shape people’s health.
