It all starts here! New Beginner running group in the 2nd week of their 6week training block to complete a 5k 🧡🧡

It's time to get training for the London Winter 10k, Sunday 23rd February 2025.

Everyone is invited to train even if you aren't signed up to run.

The 10k training plan will run alongside a more extensive plan for anyone running /wanting to run the Lee Valley 25k on Saturday 29th March

For anyone wanting to keep connected over the Christmas break shout out for running buddies, book in for a community Sauna on Wed at 10am or come along to the screening of Elf on Friday 20th December, 9.50 at the new Everyman Cinema in Stratford International
