Our Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) Research Group recently welcomed Dr Omer Waqar from the University of the Fraser Valley, Canada, for a research visit focused on knowledge exchange and future collaboration! 💻
The visit included discussions on emerging IIoT research, intelligent wireless networks and opportunities for future joint projects. 🌐

Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing and Engineering, Dr Efcharis (Haroula) Balodimou, recently delivered a lecture to the Ealing Civic Society, highlighting UWL's expertise in heritage conservation, sustainability and architectural innovation. 🏛️
The lecture, titled ‘Innovation in Heritage Conservation: Emerging Practices and Future Directions’, was held at Open Ealing in Dickens Yard and attracted members of the local community who engaged actively throughout the evening.
