Royal Eltham Pre-school

Royal Eltham Pre-school Pre-school for 3-5 years, serving the families of Eltham since 1971. We are a registered charity. We take children from around their 3rd birthday.

Royal Eltham Pre-school is open five days per week, during term time only. Our morning sessions are from 9.00am-12.00pm and our extended sessions run from 9.00am-3.00pm. We are a non-profit charity run organisation here to serve the families of the local community and as a result there are no extra hidden fees. If your child does not qualify for the government 15 or 30 hour funding our fees are £6

.00 per hour. If your child is eligible, you can use the government 3 and 4-year-old funding with us. You can share the 30- hour funding between the pre-school and another setting if needed. Your hours can also be used flexibly over a combination of full or half days (dependant on availability). We are eligible to receive the government grant for 3- and 4-year-olds

WORD OF THE WEEK: CHOREOGRAPHY 💃🏻🦒
Last week we focused our learning on the classic children's book 'Giraffes Can't Dance'. It's a brilliant book to introduce the children to lots of themes:
- Jungle Animals
- Confidence
- Different kinds of dances, movement and styles of music.
We were feeling ambitious so our word of the week was 'choreography'. We love this book as it's a great way to get the children trying out their movement and dance skills too!
